Whitehall Park School opened in the London Borough of Islington in September 2014.  Operated by Bellevue Place Education Trust, the school offers a broad and balanced curriculum and strives to ensure that every child succeeds and achieves their full potential.

Experienced and Reliable Cleaner

Permanent contract. 30 flexible hours (6 hours a day mornings and/or evenings).

44 weeks/year (school term + 5.4 weeks deep cleaning during holidays).

Salary: FTE £21,815/annum, pro rata.

Whitehall Park school is a new school based in a brand-new building, therefore we require a self-managing, reliable individual to ensure our school environment remains clean, looking amazing to provide our children with a safe and healthy environment in which to learn.

We are looking for an individual who will effectively ensure the school environment is kept clean, hygienic and safe for our children. Could you be the person we are looking for?  We are looking to recruit a Cleaner who will carry out a range of duties including: cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying litter bins, polishing and dusting of designated areas (including toilets) and fixtures and fittings, using where appropriate powered equipment, as well as reporting hazards, such as fire hazards, blockages, etc. Our cleaner will be expected to work individually but also as part of a cleaning team. We require somebody who has initiative, is enthusiastic and reliable and has a great attendance record.
