We are looking for an individual who will effectively lead and manage a successful premises team. Could you be the person we are looking for? We are looking to recruit a Site Manager who will ensure the smooth running of the school premises by carrying out a range of site management duties including security and supervision of the site along with other caretaking duties including general porterage, small building projects, repairs and maintenance. The school will initially be in temporary accommodation on site, with the intention to develop a new school building for September 2015. Therefore, our Site Manager will play a key role on helping us to develop our brand new premises and facilities. We require somebody who is confident, has initiative, is enthusiastic and has a good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Legislation including all aspects of manual handling.
Position available: 1st September 2014 or later if needs be.
