Uniform

We believe school uniform fosters a sense of belonging and pride, and promotes equality between pupils. It also suggests that all children have the same possibilities and potential, promoting confidence and self-belief.

We pride ourselves on our 'Look Smart, Think Smart' philosophy and really appreciate parents' support in instilling this ethos in their children.

What do I need for my child?

Category	Requirements
Daily Uniform	Navy blazer and navy tie (strongly recommended daily; optional before October half-term), plain white shirt (tucked in, no logos), navy jumper/cardigan, and grey trousers/shorts/skirt/pinafore or blue gingham dress.
Footwear	Entirely black shoes or "black-out" trainers (including black laces, soles, stitching, and logos with no white/contrasting details). This rule applies strictly to both daily uniform and P.E. footwear.
P.E. Kit	Pale blue top, navy tracksuit, navy shorts/skort, white socks, and entirely black trainers/plimsolls, all kept in a navy P.E. bag.
Bags & Coats	Navy book bag or backpack, and a navy coat (school logo preferred).

Policies to note:

Accessories: Only one key ring is permitted on school bags. No other bag accessories, toys, or sweets are allowed in school. Non-compliant items will be confiscated.
Jewellry: No bracelets or general jewelry. Plain studded earrings are permitted.
Sensory aids: Individual sensory toys from home are not permitted. Any required sensory aids must be approved and provided exclusively by the SENDCo.

Nursery uniform

Nursery pupils are expected to wear light blue polo t-shirt with logo and unbranded navy sweatshirt and joggers.

We have sourced high-quality uniform that is smart and durable, and which offers good value for money over time. The supplier of the compulsory items of the school uniform is Uniform4kids and they are able to supply coats, shoes and other accessories as well as the core uniform items listed in our Uniform Policy.

Pre-loved Uniform Shop

Our Parent Teacher and Community Association have created a pre-loved uniform shop. All uniform items are in great condition and sold at heavily discounted prices. You can browse and shop via Uniform Whitehall Park School Uniform policy
