Exciting news on the relocation of our school for the Autumn term – please take a look here!

Headteacher’s Welcome

Welcome to Whitehall Park School, a two form entry, primary free school based on the Islington/Haringey border N19.  We opened in September 2014 with our pioneering first year of children and their families and have now welcomed the next intake of reception children to our growing school. Family and community is at the heart of Whitehall Park, and we provide many opportunities for children and their wider families to learn, enjoy and have fun together.

We have a highly qualified, dedicated team of staff who are committed to providing an amazing education for all our children and this is reflected in the way the way we teach our broad curriculum. Rich and varied topics, taught in exciting, fun and interesting ways enable our children to develop their interests through meaningful contexts. We encourage all aspects of our broad curriculum to be incorporated within overarching themes, which helps children to develop their creative, artistic, musical, sporting and knowledge and understanding of the world through an immersive approach to learning.

In addition to our permanent staff, we are well supported by specialist teachers in sports, music and languages, as well as providing a wide range of Extended School provision that offers opportunities such as yoga, ballet, football, Street Dance, Spanish, French and much more.

We are extremely proud of all our children and what they have achieved since our school opened and I hope our website will give you a sense of what is it like to be part of our enthusiastic, thriving and successful school community.   If you have children who will be starting school in September 2017 or would like to find out more about Whitehall Park School, we would be delighted to talk to you or show you around. Contact us on 0207 561 0113 or via office@whitehallparkschool.org.uk

We will look forward to welcoming you to our growing school.

With warm wishes,

Laura Birkett
