Pecuniary Interests

All staff at Whitehall Park School have been required to complete a Declaration of Pecuniary Interests.   There are no staff at Whitehall Park School who have themselves, or have a partner of or any close relative who has a significant interest in any organisation that may supply goods or services to the school.

All Governors on Whitehall Park School Governing Body have completed the required Declaration of Interests form and with the exception of Tom Legge who declared an interest as Director of Waddington Matthews, an Education Consultancy.   Tom Legge, Todd Lindsay and Pat Traynor are also Governors at other schools.

All Governors confirmed that they have no direct pecuniary interests in any company/organisation with which BPET may do business with.

In addition at each Governor meeting there is a standing item on the agenda inviting Governors to declare a personal/pecuniary interest in any business at the meeting.  Any such declarations are recorded in the minutes.
