Reception – Spring 2 – Adventures – 2016

We have kicked off the second half of the Spring term with our ‘Adventures’ topic. Children are learning about all things outer space and applying their map reading skills to help us on our quests as pirates. We will be learning about lifecyles and having our very own eggs delivered! The children will think about where they think they came from and where they will go on their adventure. We will be visiting the Royal Observatory in Greenwich to find out more about space as part of this topic. Children will link their learning to the key text, Whatever Next which will allow us to learn all about space, planets, stars, astronauts and much more!
