I feel excited to be a member of the team here at Whitehall Park. My expertise and knowledge will support children and members of staff in our school’s continuing journey to Outstanding. I believe that children should guide their own learning through their interests and specific needs and I facilitate this through continually evaluating and adapting the lessons taking place. My expectations of the outcomes of the children in my care are high and I believe that children should become independent learners in order to flourish.’
