Originally from France, Marion came to the UK 11 years ago to improve her English skills. She spent a year studying in Bristol University as part of her English degree. After spending two years in a secondary school near Birmingham as a French language assistant, Marion decided to move down to London to become a teacher. She completed her PGCE in the Institute of Education and then worked in a varierty of schools. Marion taught French from Year 7 to Year 13 and became KS3 and Inclusion Manager in Cardinal Wiseman School in Greenford. After 6 years in teaching, Marion wanted to learn new skills while staying part of a school community. She is now the office manager at Whitehall Park School and is ready for the new challenge ahead.
“I am very glad to be part of the Whitehall Park community. I am happy to be given a chance to further my career and develop at the same time as the school itself. There is a real sense of community here between pupils, parents, teachers and the Headteacher. It feels like I belong to a big family!”
