We are the all singing, dancing and acting club! In Musical Theatre club we will be learning how to warm up our voices and play games to develop our acting skills so that we can get into our characters role. We will be learning a variety of songs from our favorite musicals and putting dance moves together. There will be plenty of opportunities for children to develop and create their own ideas as well.
This will enable the children to develop their skills in working together as a team but also give them the chance to develop confidence as there will be lots of opportunities to share what they have been doing with the group and on performance occasions, hopefully working towards putting on our own musical which will be showcased later in the year. - Hannah MathiesonLittle Supernovas – DramaHannah MathiesonLittle Supernovas – Drama

Prior to India, I worked at a primary school in Kentish Town for a term providing drama workshops for the Year One class and from 2012 to 2013 I helped to run an after school drama club for ages four to ten. I have also helped to produce, as well as perform in, several productions, including a piece of family theatre commissioned by the Fuse Arts Festival in Kent.
- CalvinSuperSport – Tag RugbyCalvinSuperSport – Tag Rugby
Tag rugby is a non contact sport in which each player wears a belt with two Velcro tags attached to it. The mode of play is based on normal rugby with rugby players attempting to dodge, evade and pass a rugby ball while defenders attempt to prevent them scoring by “tagging”- pulling a Velcro attached tag from the ball carrier, rather than a full contact tackle.

- CoopDog (Gavin)Soul Mavericks – Street DanceCoopDog (Gavin)Soul Mavericks – Street DanceGavin has been dancing since 1999 when he discovered how far he could slide on his knees across the Hippodrome dance floor. He fully committed himself to break dance at drama school on his Drama Degree where he found the space and freedom to push the boundaries of his naturally gifted rhythm. It was here that he began to develop his own personal break style and focus on the techniques that allow the body to move in such an explosive way. Through dancing on the HipHop Scene he made links with like-minded talent. This opened the doors to training with the notorious break dance practitioner Kevin Gopie, (Dj Renegade).
Kevin shaped Gavin and his fellow unruly dance pals into a structured crew and they quite quickly became a hugely influential crew on the international BBOY scene. The Soul Mavericks Crew.
Over the years the crew has gone from strength to strength and each crew member’s character and passion for dance creates one of the most dynamic training atmospheres of all the various dance genres.Gavin has toured with the Olympic Torch Relay in 2012 and played a vital role at Breaking Convention in 2013. He has run dance themed events with high profile clients such as Google, Nokia, Corona and Nike. He dances at large scale events both in the UK and Internationally. Gavin and the crew have made a huge impact at night club launches for various high profile central London venues such as Ministry of Sound, Kensington Roof Gardens, Drury Club and Heaven. He inspires kids to dance in schools and church halls throughout the country and has been lucky enough to showcase this rare and engaging dance style in various TV commercials and magazine shoots.

In my spare time I play semi-professional football and am the Captain of Hertford Town Football Club.
I am looking forward to continuing my coaching at Whitehall Park School and working with the children who attend my classes. - JoeSuperSport – ArcheryJoeSuperSport – Archery
Archery is a fantastic sport that can be played either indoors or outdoors. The children will be challenged in a way that other sports can’t provide, especially when it comes to coordination, skills and upper body strength. We play a variety of different games that help to keep the children engaged and motivated to progress within the sport. The children also learn about responsibility as they help with setting up and packing away the equipment and the older children thoroughly enjoy teaching and training the younger ones. I highly recommend the sport to everyone, it is a sport for all!!

At Whitehall, our qualified French Native Teacher this year is called Julie. Julie is using the method “Alex et Zoé” as well as other material to bring the language to life for the children! The classes are kept small to maximize oral expression and work on each child’s needs. Above all the lessons are made fun, being taught through games and role-play with the use of educational prompts and puppets.

His style of b-boying is unmistakable and myth defying. At 6ft 2ins Ajay’s abundant mix of originality, powermoves, character and stage presence are magnified by his stature to great effect, creating exciting shapes delivered with fantastic flow and energy.
Following in the footsteps of his mentor and coach DJ Regade, Ajay also teaches b-boying. Ajay is proud to be laying the foundations for future generations to build upon and is a great role model for aspiring dancers. - Claire MuratFrenchClaire MuratFrench
I was born in Vichy in France, I’ve been living in London for 20 years. As I often tell the children, I didn’t speak any English when I was their age and started learning the language when I was 12. I loved it straight away and when I grew up, I wanted nothing more than live where English is spoken.
I trained as a Montessori nursery teacher and I’ve been working with children and running French Clubs for 15 years.
I’m also a mum of two: Rosaline who is 7 and Justin who is 5, and in the little spare time they allow me, I love reading, movies and food!
